Protein-rich pumpkin smoothie recipe

Sip a taste of the season with this delicious pumpkin smoothie recipe, packed with protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 frozen banana, in chunks

  • 1/2 cup plain organic Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond (or your favorite) milk

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin

  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • For an extra protein boost, add 1 TB Great Lakes collagen (GREEN container)

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
