1/2 frozen banana, in chunks
1/2 cup plain organic Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond (or your favorite) milk
1/3 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
1 to 1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
4 ice cubes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
For an extra protein boost, add 1 TB Great Lakes collagen (GREEN container)
